FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS

Dear Tam Members,

First I want to start by thanking each of you for trusting us to feed your families throughout this strange and difficult time. When we heard Tam would be open for curbside carry out we did not expect it to be the busiest ala cart days we have ever done! It has been both exciting and overwhelming but with your trust and patience, it has allowed us to figure out problems and adjust those issues to give you the best products and service from our kitchen to yours. We have a good system in place now, in large part to our Assistant Golf Pro, Ian. We had the pleasure of working with him for a few days. Ian’s organizational skills and great handwriting have been a key part to our Tam TOGO success. We have heard a few times that he is very capable in a kitchen but we have yet to see his cooking chops, maybe it’s a good thing he is back on the Golf course! I would also like to thank the rest of our incredibly hard working staff, Ivan, Monico, Chris, Patrick, Russ, Rick, Ray, Jeremy, Bashar, who all have helped us without question. We are proud to be part of this Tam Family. We are looking forward to the day when we can place your food on a plate and serve it to you in the brand new grille room rather than in a styrofoam box, being delivered by a person with a mask on to your car. The rest of my staff is anxious to get back to work as well and we are all eager to see and talk to everyone at a BBQ instead of over the phone. Things are going to be different now for sure, but we have been in constant contact with the health department and the FDA to be ready for any and all changes to come our way. WE GOT YOU! Mike, Randi and myself feel so blessed to come to work everyday and prepare delicious food for your families. It has been an adjustment for us all but we are enjoying every minute. Thank you again for your support, it means more than you know.
